In addition to the ordinances below, there are many events held in the downtown area where vehicle parking is restricted. Usually if there is an event, parking is prohibited from 6 am to 5 p.m. on the day of the event from Railroad to Second Street on Wall St., to the alley entrances both north and south of Wall. There are several municipal parking lots within the city limits. Some of these lots abut private business lots. Municipal lots have designated parking spaces with painted parking spaces.
